Which swing type to pursue, the battle continues. RED or WHITE? One or Two? In the total of 14 months I've been pursuing golf, I can count 4 different swings I've learned steps for on my own, many I've found from researching, and some swings contradicted each other, which made this even tougher to find the perfect swing for myself. In the recent change of swing, trying out the WHITE swing, I went to see my first instructor this week to get some answers about it. I can get some nice ball flights with it, but it's too early to determine if this is the best swing, I may still go back to my old RED swing. This pursuit has lead me deeper into research and wanting to understand the biomechanical movements better.
